Retro-Aero's 1943 Boeing Stearman during restoration

Retro-Aero RoundTable

Not a club.
Not a seminar.
Just aviators around a table.

The Retro-Aero RoundTable is an informal aviation gathering that has grown organically through friendships, introductions, and word of mouth.

Aviation Without Rank

One Conversation.
Every Experience Level.

Generally meeting once a month, the Retro-Aero RoundTable brings together more than 350 people from across aviation: student pilots, airline pilots and retirees, air traffic controllers, A&P mechanics, DPEs, check pilots, seaplane pilots, commercial and private pilots, and 0-hour students.

There are no ranks at the table. Student pilot or check pilot, mechanic or controller, everyone participates as an equal. Experience earns stories—not a louder voice.

The Hangar Standard

The Rules Are Simple.

Respect the room. Ask the question. Share what you learned.

01

What is said in the hangar stays in the hangar.

02

Everyone at the RoundTable is equal and must be treated as such.

03

There are no stupid questions.

04

We are all here to learn.

05

Everyone shares an “Ah-Hah!” moment or something learned in aviation.

The conversation continues in several WhatsApp groups under the same rule: what is said in Retro-Aero, stays in Retro-Aero.

The Conversation Continues

Pull Up a Chair.

The RoundTable grows through aviation friendships, personal introductions, and word of mouth. To learn more, send Retro-Aero a note and tell us where you are in your aviation journey.
